Inbox rules
Write these in ordinary language. They are sent to the classifier on every check, so saving changes alters future classifications without redeploying anything.
A manual search is picked up by each account's next hourly wake-up. It follows the same safe-mode and no-duplicate rules as a scheduled search.
Test a sample email
Uses the same rules and inference as Gmail, but does not read Gmail, change labels, or archive anything. A filing result is applied only when the model selects a configured folder at or above your minimum confidence; everything else is retained as Action / review.
Advanced: mailbox folders and technical settings
The classifier can only file to the exact Gmail labels listed here. Keep these names aligned with Gmail; use the rules above to explain when each should be chosen.
